Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order? A: Advantage Soccer customer care are working throughout the day to serve in store and online customers. Orders received by noon mountain time normally ships the same day. Orders received after noon mountain time ships the second day.
Q: Will I be notified of my shipment and how long it takes to receive my order? A: Advantage Soccer & Rugby and its shipping partner FEDEX will notify you via e-mail with order confirmation, shipment details and status of shipping. Ground shipping normally takes three to six business days, depending on your location. For more information about transit times, please go to www.fedex.com
Q: I live close to Advantage & Rugby store location, can I pick up my order from the store? A: Yes, you can pick up your order ONLY at the Leetsdale location. Advantage Soccer & Rugby customer service team will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
Q: I am local and I want to order online and pick up my order at the Leetsdale location. How can I avoid shipping charges ? A: Advantage Soccer and Rugby's web site will display your estimated shipping costs on your shopping cart although when you check out you want to choose " WILL CALL" as your shipping method to avoid shipping charges.
